T1F Care Package Request

A type 1 diabetes diagnosis is a very difficult time and we wish to bring some light and joy into a child's life with a care pack made to do just that. Our care packages are packed carefully and lovingly by our Type 1 Foundation volunteers, to help you and your child feel supported, a sense of normality during the whirlwind of changes that are the initial stages of T1D diagnosis.

The pack includes a range of beautiful items for your child to enjoy, and some vital educational information and materials, with local and national support information and some emergency items for parents or carers whilst in hospital.

As much as we would love to send packages to everyone, we can only supply packs to those diagnosed in the last 2 months. Thank you for your understanding.

Carepackages can only be posted within Australia. We are unable to post these overseas due to the exorbitant postage costs.
