YOU, ME & T1D Children's Book

You, Me & T1D is a children's book written by Stacey Costantini, mum of Georgia, who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 10 months old. The story evolved from personal experience and necessity to have a modern resource aimed at the youngest in our T1D community (0-8yrs). You, Me & T1D is a beautifully illustrated children's book, shining a light on modern technology used to help manage type 1 diabetes and highlighting the importance of a great support network when living with a chronic medical condition. 
Georgia and Bobby have type 1 diabetes. They choose to manage their diabetes with the help of different technologies (Insulin pump, CGM, MDI, patch pump) and with a great support network around them from family, friends, teachers, medical professionals and even our furry friends, they can live life to the fullest and can do everything you and I can do!
