At The Type1 Club we take the time to care and should be the first place you turn to for help, advice and information about living with Type1 Diabetes.
The Type1 Foundation has been supporting people living with Type1 diabetes for 5 years. We offer our community of hundreds of members and their families, friends and carers an extra level of support through reliable information and helpful programs designed to make it easier to manage your diabetes. There are no questions too small. The more you ask the more you know in the world of Type1. Join us every week on the Type1 Club to speak Ange and a guest live. We will chat with a person who lives with Type1 Diabetes or parents a child living with Type1 Diabetes. We are happy to answer your questions on managing Type1 diabetes and how to cope when it all gets too much and overwhelming.
JOIN A COOKING CLASS AND ACCESS HEALTHY LOW CARB RECIPES
Our weekly cooking classes with Nutritionist Andi Balog are fun and interative. Join us live as we share delicious recipes and up-to-date information on low carb lifestyle, proteins and fats and so much more. Andi Balog from Fit Little Peanut also offers one on one PT and Nutrition sessions if you were after something a bit more tailored.
EDUCATION AND SUPPORT EVENTS
Our Type1 Club members receive free admission to family support events designed to help you manage your Type1 and connect you with others in our Type1 community. With more than 20 across VIC and NSW and more planned for other states, you are sure to find an event that’s right for you and your family.
